STYLES OFFERED:

hatha: rooted in foundation and alignment these classes provide students with an opportunity to explore movement in the body, traditional breath work and meditation in a pace that is welcoming to all levels.

vinyasa (flow/power): a fiery practice to motivate and meditate, this style explores fast pace movement in union with static holding of postures to build heat and strength. Taught in a way that is accessible to all levels of practice and experience.

hot: a hatha style sequence in a heated space, utilizing the element of heat for a deeper opening especially for stiff practitioners and a great detox. Ideal for those looking to develop a yoga practice, this sequence is set to provide a similar experience time and time again so students can become familiar with the posture.
